Herman Cain, the 2012 Republican Presidential candidate, has released a new ad recently featuring Cain's campaign manager smoking and has spurred much conversation in the news and on the web. Rankmaniac Colgate Begins!

The war for Google's top search result is underway! Vijay has thrown down the gauntlet for the students of his COSC 480 class to create a web page that will take advantage of Google's PageRank algorithm and become the top search result for the search terms "Rankmaniac Colgate". This assignment will test each student's understanding of search engine optimization, website structure, and the Google PageRank algorithm itself. Our team made up of Dr. K and JRaff have created the page Rankmaniac Colgate as our submission to this prestigious competition and we are confident we will create the most popular page on the Colgate campus.
